The premier maintenance and membership program designed to help you and your vehicle.

CONVENIENCE & SAFETY

The CarDoc program offers complete coverage, including towing allowance and access to loaner cars (when available). Plus, with the option to finance the program through your car loan or lease, it adds minimal cost to your monthly payment while delivering significant savings.

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE

While this might not be the "fun" stuff, it’s what keeps your vehicle running smoothly and protects its value. From maximizing efficiency to improving overall performance, we’ve simplified your owner’s manual with a convenient 5,000-mile service schedule. The Doc’s got you covered — so sit back, relax, and let us take care of the details!

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventative maintenance might not be exciting, but it’s essential — like taking your daily vitamins. While it’s easy to overlook, staying ahead of issues can save you from costly repairs down the road. With the CarDoc program, you’ll get the services you need to keep your vehicle running smoothly and help you maintain warrenty coverage on key components. Even if some repairs seem optional now, the long-term benefits far outweigh the minor costs. Take care of your car, and it’ll take care of you.

WEAR ITEMS

Let’s be honest: most programs don’t cover wear items. But CarDoc isn’t most programs. We’ve got you covered for front and rear brakes — replacing front brake pads and resurfacing the rotors at 30,000 miles. At 60,000 miles, we’ll replace the rear brake pads and resurface the rotors when applicable.

TOTAL VALUE

Providing over $4,000 in combined service value, CarDoc Maintenance program offers a practical, all-in-one approach to maintaining your vehicle while controlling long-term costs.

CarDoc FAQ

Q: What can you tell me about towing allowance?

A: We will reimburse you up to $100 per incident for towing assistance expenses if the vehicle becomes inoperable due to damage to tire(s) and/or wheel(s) from a road hazard. This allowance is comprised of towing service. You must make your own arrangements for towing allowance.

Q: Why should I prepay for my vehicle’s maintenance?

A: Over the years, we’ve heard a lot of reasons for purchasing a pre-paid maintenance program. The two most common reasons are BUDGET and DISCOUNTS. Paying for regularly scheduled maintenance at the time of vehicle purchase allows you to lock–in the cost for those items at today’s prices with a HUGE discount just like buying your cable and Internet in a “bundle.” Plus you can finance the cost over the life of your loan so most of your maintenance costs spread out evenly each month. Plus, the 360-degree services provided by the CarDoc program protect the value of your vehicle and maximize its resale value.

Q: What type of oil is used in CarDoc oil changes?

A: In all cases, the CarDoc uses the manufacturer recommended oil – traditional, blend, synthetic, etc. CarDoc even ups the ante using great brands like Pennzoil to deliver the best performance and value possible. CarDoc oil changes are comprehensive – no extra costs like some other maintenance plans.

Q: Is the CarDoc only available on New vehicles?

A: No, the CarDoc can be purchased with any new or used vehicle - including diesel - as well as leased vehicles. Used vehicles will just start their interval services at the current mileage and continue for the duration of the plan.

Q: How is the CarDoc program administered for Used vehicles?

A: CarDoc services are performed using the same intervals and frequency as New vehicles. The only difference is that the vehicle mileage at purchase is “mile one” for the intervals. For example, if you purchase a used vehicle with 46,000 miles, at 51,000 miles - 5,000 miles post-purchase - your vehicle would receive its first CarDoc Oil and Filter change.

Q: Why would I need a CARFAX on my own car?

A: Confirming CARFAX has accurately captured all service records and data is a good idea - especially when it comes time to selling your car. If an inadvertent mistake has been made, catch it early and easily under the CarDoc's complimentary CARFAX program - a $44.99 value each time a CARFAX report is pulled.

Q: What if I don't use all the CarDoc services within the specific time and mileage period?

A: The CarDoc allows for a 2-year grace period to continue to receive and utilize maintenance services. The CarDoc Membership Benefits – 12% Off (when available) parts, service, and preventative maintenance, CARFAX, Vehicle Appraisals, and Complimentary Loaner Cars continue for the life of vehicle ownership.

Q: Where can I use the CarDoc Program?

A: The CarDoc services can only be redeemed at the dealership where the program and vehicle were originally purchased, or at any Victory Automotive Group dealership. For a complete list, visit VictoryAutomotiveGroup.com.

Q: I did not purchase the CarDoc at the time of my vehicle purchase. Is it too late to participate?

A: It's never too late to take advantage of the CarDoc. You can purchase CarDoc and join our membership anytime. Please see a CarDoc Customer Care Representative to discuss enrollment and financing opportunities.

Q: Why do you schedule everything in 5,000-mile intervals - that doesn't match my Owner's Manual?

A: We know. Our Owner's Manuals are guides to maintaining our vehicles, but let's face it, not everyone follows this to the T. We broke down all of our services into 5,000-mile intervals to match the manufacturers' recommendations as closely as possible, while also trying to budget the average driver's driving habits to fit our program. Feel free to deviate from the plan as often as you'd like.

Q: Who do I call for help?

A: If you are unsure who to call the best place to start is always the purchasing dealership.

Q: What's in a Multi-Point Inspection?

A: It depends. At different mileage intervals our technicians are trained to inspect various items on your vehicle. Rest assured that they rarely miss something and always inspect the core components and functions of your vehicle each visit. Below is a list of a typical inspection:
  • Check all fluid levels, condition of fluids and leaks
  • Inspect drive shaft boots
  • Check and adjust parking brake
  • Inspect exhaust system
  • Check condition of alignment
  • Inspect front and rear brakes
  • Check radiator fan performance
  • Inspect fuel lines
  • Evaluate exhaust system
  • Inspect safety and lighting equipment
  • Inspect air filter
  • Inspect suspension components
  • Inspect all lights
  • Inspect tie rod ends, steering gear box and boots
  • Inspect brake hoses and lines
  • Inspect tire wear
  • Inspect cooling systems hoses and connections
  • Inspect under the body for wear or damage
  • Inspect distributor cap, rotor and spark plug wires
  • Inspect wiper condition
  • Inspect drive belts
  • Lubricate latches and hinges
